Holding On 
 

Holding On is a bold new musical theatre work by Clare Prenton (book & lyrics) and Craig Adams (music) and is set in a fictional Andys Man Club and based on conversations sharing real lived experiences of men who attend suicide prevention groups across the UK at Andys Man Club.  The musical has been in development since 2023 & is now ready for investment and touring to UK Stages. With Genesis Productions Limited.

 

This production has a strong community engagement offer for creating a singing for wellbeing scratch male voice choir.

Men Don't Talk 
 

Three men who have never met before find banter, bird boxes and biscuits in a fictional men's shed, which celebrates camaraderie, companionship ... and custard creams. Men Don't Talk explores and explodes the myth that 'men don't talk' in Clare Prenton's poignant, hilarious and deeply moving, thought provoking play.

Dragonfly & Genesis are looking for touring partners for a UK tour from 2027, after a successful 2024 tour of Scotland. In association with the Scottish Mens Sheds Association. 

The show comes with an engagement offer/audience development working with the mens shed networks across the UK.

Rope & Flame
 

A large scale community theatre work in the Scottish Borders, based on the Peebles Witch Trials of 1629 in collaboration with The Inspiring Life Festival, Eastgate Theatre, Peebles & Duns Play Festival funded by Destination Tweed, Heritage Lottery Fund Scotland & The Strathmartine Trust.

Performances from May 2-16, 2026. 

This project has a cast of 33 volunteers aged 15-80 from across the Scottish Borders and comes with teacher made Education packs for primary and secondary schools and pre-show talks from Borders historian Mary W Craig.
